Parting Ways Together

New York City native Arielle Bobb-Willis has been photographing the lifestyles of her peers since she entered high school. Her work has evolved from angsty prom afterparties to minimal silhouettes and portraits. With her colorful highlights and dark mid-tones, Arielle has produced countless photos in smoky venues, mini-mall parking lots, and compact college dorms.

Since her new venture into fashion photography, Arielle has begun to produce works using abstract shapes and experimental concepts. Arielle uses her subjects to bring more attention to the geometry that lies within photography, and with each shot is beginning to tap into her own idiosyncrasies and relationships.

Arielle has been working in New Orleans for the past four years as she attended Loyola University and is now living and shooting editorials, events, and personal projects in New York City. You can see her work on her Instagram, @RELBW, or her Flickr, ariellebobbwillis.
